Finance Industry Expert Hosts MATLAB Training Course
Attendees Will Learn How MATLAB Can Support Leading Portfolio Modeling Theories and Practices

During the “Attilio Meucci - Advanced Risk and Portfolio Management” training course, attendees from the risk management, portfolio management, and academic communities will learn leading theories of portfolio modeling implemented within MATLAB.
Attilio Meucci is a veteran in the finance industry. Currently he is Head of Research at Bloomberg ALPHA, Portfolio Analytics and Risk. His experience includes researcher at Lehman Brothers, trader at the hedge fund Relative Value International, and consultant at Bain & Co. He is also the author of several research articles and a textbook, Risk and Asset Allocation – Springer. His course is designed to increase attendees’ understanding of market and factor modelling, pricing, risk management and advanced portfolio management techniques, all based on MATLAB.
Through the course, attendees will also obtain 40 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Continuing Education units. An optional final exam based on MATLAB two months after the course will secure full understanding of the theory.
