write sequence of image

i have a sequence of images formed inside the for loop, my aim is to store each image using a matrix having the same size of image formed

MATLAB has lots of image handling functions. Start browsing the image help , and you will learn lots of ways to import, display and manipulate images. Try writing your own code, and enjoy the learning process!
Images in MATLAB are arrays already, so what exactly is it that you are trying to do?

You can make a 3D matrix
for k = 1 : N
% some code to create a rgay scale image
% Stick into a slice of a 3D array
array3d(:,:,k) = grayImage;
end
Or put into a cell array
for k = 1 : N
% some code to create a rgay scale image
% Stick into a cell of a cell array
cellArray{k} = grayImage;
end
