the impact of various attacks on frequencies

Hi, I want to know the impact of different image processing attacks on low and high frequencies. for example jpeg attack usually destroys high frequency in DCT. now my question is that any one know the impact of attacks on frequency band or any one know what attacks affect low frequency?I think most attacks destroy high frequency and cant find attacks that effect low frequency. pleas help me. thanks in advance.
